This Policy applies to regular monthly Internet clients.
This Policy does not apply to SELF SERVICE PAYG (Pay As You Go) clients.

Regular monthly Internet clients may save money by suspending monthly payment of their internet service for a period not exceeding 6 consecutive calender months (9 calender months in any one year).
 
Requests for suspension must be received by the company during the month prior to the actual period of suspension. To be eligible for suspension, Clients must send a suspension request to info@broadband4spain.com 5 clear working days(excluding weekends, public and local holidays) prior to the first day of the month of the suspension period. Requests must include the following infomation: Account Holders Full Name, Period of suspension.

The suspension is agreed only when a confirmation reply e-mail has been received by the client, a copy of the confirmation e-mail must be saved by the client for future reference.
 
It is the clients responsibility to ensure that the connection is not used during any period of suspension. Any usage will be charged at the standard monthly rate.

Each period of suspension must be separately requested. Requests for multiple non continuous periods or open-ended requests will not be accepted.

Clients who have accepted our free installation offer may not suspend service during the first 6 consecutive months of service.

Clients who have suspended their accounts must continue to inform us of any changes to their contact details, and must remain contactable via email.
 
Regular Monthly Telephone Clients may not suspend the phone service, however they may still suspend the Internet service. The Phone service uses the Internet connection, if you have suspended your Internet service but still use the phone during the suspension period the Internet service will also be charged.

The following is a list of final suspension request dates for the year 2012. Any suspension requests must be received on or before 23:59 hrs on these dates. Requests received after these dates will not be actioned.
