Vacancy exists for Multilingual Customer Support Coordinator(s).
Based at our Málaga office your duties will include front office support with direct customer contact, via telephone, Email and face-to-face. Assisting with day-to-day account enquiries, Scheduling new customer installations and organisation of the company diary.
The successful candidate(s) will be well organised, cheerful, outgoing, of a positive disposition with the ability to work efficiently, accurately and expediently within a very busy office/team environment.
Essential/Desirable Skills
Ideally you will be well educated with previous experience in a busy customer service situation.
Ability to communicate (both spoken and written) effectively in Spanish, English, and one other Northern European language.
The work requires basic I.T. skills, attention to detail, a good level of numeracy, excellent punctuality and attendance.
The proven capacity to deal with customer account information and to maintain client confidentiality is vital to this role.
Network Engineer

Vacancy exists for an experienced IP Data Network Engineer.
This is a mobile position based in Málaga and suporting our rapidly growing number of base station sites covering the areas between Malaga, Granada and Almeria.
As part of a growing team you will report to the Snr Network Engineer.
Duties will include expansion and maintenance of our Wireless Internet infrastructure and ISP operation.
The successful candidate will have a minimum 3 years experience of installing/maintaining highly available IP data networks.
Essential/Desirable Skills
Full driving licence. Ability to communicate effectively in english. Detailed understanding of IPV4 addressing and routing. A proven track record installing/maintaining modern IP data network infrastructure. Knowledge and/or experience of the following technologies: Layer2 transmission and Switching principles, ARP, STP, RSTP, IPV4, RIP, OSPF, IGRP, EIGRP, BGPv4, Radius, AAA, SMNP, ppp protocols, Dude, Nagios, Openview, SMTP, Http-proxy, DHCP, DNS, NAT, PAT, VoIP,SIP, IAX2, Asterisk, TDM/ISDN voice, Principles and implementation of Firewall rules layers 2-7 on various network devices. Configuration of CISCO, Mikrotik, Alvarion, SAF, Others.
An understanding of wireless network technologies such as WiMAX, 802.11, 802.16, Carrier class point-to-point microwave links or GSM basestations is desirable, as is a knowledge of Linux, Windows servers, and/or programming/scripting/Database languages such as HTML/CSS, PHP, SQL, MSQL , ASP.net, Java, etc.
On a practical side you will be experienced in installing / terminating CAT5/6 and fiber-optic cablelling and expanding live data networks without disrupting client connectivity.
Qualifications
The following Qualifications are highly desirable but not essential:
CISCO: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE
Mikrotik: MTCNA, MTCRE, MTCWE, MTCINE
